Cascade Community Healthcare (CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives. Cascade currently has six treatment locations in Lewis County.

 

We are looking for a Clinician II to join our Adult Services Team! This position is responsible for delivery of clinical services to identified clients. Ability to assess and/or collect data from initial assessment and other clinical tools to adequately facilitate and provide treatment planning; provides individual, family, and group therapy services with an emphasis on the program specific population.

PAY SCALE:

$29.50 - $35.96 Hourly, DOE.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:

  • Master's Degree in counseling or the social sciences required.
  • Must have Associate License credential (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LICSWA) or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor (LAAC) credential or eligible to obtain LAAC; LAAC also requires two years of supervised experience.
  • Must be able to pass WA State Patrol background check. A national background check may be required if have not lived in WA state consecutively the last three years.
  • Must comply with agency policies and procedures.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Must be able to gain access to all types of buildings and residences regardless of the structures' handicapped accessibility or lack thereof.
  • Must maintain current phone number and mailing address on file with the Human Resources office.

     

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Provides intake assessment and treatment planning for assigned clients.

  • Completes intake assessments and treatment plans within timeframe set for by the agency.
  • Reviews treatment plans goals and short-term objectives with client at each individual treatment session, tracks progress towards meetings those goals, and records client responses in client's own words in the clinical record.
  • Works with client to develop an interim plan for working towards achievement of goals both outside the session and at the next scheduled session.

Provides individual, family, group therapy, and case management as appropriate.

  • Meets with client in accordance with expectations outlined in the treatment plan.
  • Ensures proper level of service by reviewing client needs and adjusting treatment plan accordingly to maintain proper utilization of services as evidenced by over/under utilization reports.                                                         

Meets direct service productivity requirements as assigned by the program manager/director.

Coordinates treatment services with schools, other relevant agencies, and significant others.

Outlines significance of working with primary care providers and other relevant agencies and significant others at time of development of the treatment plan evidenced by treatment plans and progress notes and releases of information.

Periodically encourages client to include the above at various points of treatment when medically necessary or appropriate as evidence in treatment plans and progress notes.
