TSMC Washington LLC Senior Equipment Engineer in Camas, Washington
As a Senior Equipment Engineer you will be responsible for improving stability and general performance of assigned production equipment in Thin Films section of semiconductor manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include: 1) leading production equipment troubleshooting and availability improvement, prioritizing urgent tool recoveries; 2) performing and reporting on long-term improvement projects; 3) developing and maintaining training material and standard operating procedures; 4) contributing to team discussions, actively listening to engineer and technician counterparts; 5) initiating projects to improve efficiency through maintenance methods, data collection, and reporting; 6) taking safety risks seriously and devising methods to minimize; 7) leading projects to reduce costs and improve production equipment throughput; 8) preparing contingency action plans when solution is uncertain. *REQUIRMENTS: *
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, and
- Two (2) years of senior level Thin Film Equipment Engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility; or
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, and
- Five (5) years of senior level Thin Film Equipment Engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
- Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.
