TSMC Washington LLC Product Engineer in Camas, Washington
As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for product yield enhancement. Responsiblities include: 1) maintaining and improving yield of multiple customer products; 2) performing yield analysis to provide yield loss correlation to electrical parameters, tools, or process history; 3) performing both electrical and physical failure analysis to pinpoint failure spots in tools, process, or circuits and identify root cause; 4) working with customers to provide technical support and service; 5) working with fab engineers to maintain and improve product yield; 6) analyzing design rule and circuit layout to identify weakness in products causing yield loss. REQUIRMENTS:
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Engineering Sciences, or Material Sciences.
- Two (2) years of related engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
- Experience to include test program development, validation, and release to production.
- Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.
