ManpowerGroup Senior Production Maintenance Technician in Burlington, Washington
Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Senior Production Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Senior Production Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of mechanical systems, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Production Maintenance Technician
Location: Burlington, WA
Pay Range: $28.00 - $31.50 per hour
What's the Job?
Provide maintenance support for all process equipment, including repair of down equipment and coordination of various maintenance projects.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment, machines, and process-related problems.
Perform maintenance, fabrication, adjustment, and repairs on all machinery and equipment.
Develop and review spare parts lists and inventory, order repair parts and tools, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Ensure that manufacturing systems meet health, safety, and environmental management requirements.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in maintenance.
Advanced understanding of pneumatic/electrical drills, grinders, routers, and motors.
Solid problem-solving skills including equipment breakdown, performing repairs, and installation.
Ability to train and mentor lower-level technicians.
Certifications: LOTO certified, Forklift certified, Fall protection certification.
