Job Title: Seafood Processor Crew Member

Location: Burlington, WA

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 5/6 PM with overtime (8-10 hour shifts) overtime opportunities are given

Job Description:

Our client in the seafood industry is seeking dedicated Seafood Processor Crew Members to join their team. This role involves processing and packaging seafood while adhering to management's standards and ensuring compliance with all GMP and safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately sort products on a conveyor belt or table according to grade, color, and size.

• Trim or break products as instructed by the supervisor.

• Place products in containers or on designated conveyors.

• Form boxes quickly and accurately as per supervisor instructions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the production supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to work full hours and be reliable.

• Capability to work on a fast-moving production line.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of various teams and committees.

• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels.
