GLP Attorneys seeks a Paralegal or Senior Paralegal *to join our team. The position involves supporting our North Washington Attorneys from *Burlington, Washington. After successful onboarding, a hybrid work schedule will be considered.
Requirements
In this position, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain contact with our clients from intake through claim resolution
- Draft letters and other correspondence for attorney review
- Respond to discovery
- Draft witness disclosures
- Create and maintain pleading/discovery filing
- Prepare ER 904 and other Trial Documents
- Calendar events such as discovery deadlines, depositions, and IMEs
- Draft Demand Letters
- Provide litigation support and prepare cases for Trial
- Help manage and perform the administrative duties required for effective case management, including but not limited to setting up new client files, corresponding with 1st and 3rd parties, conducting 30/60/90-day client reviews, filing client-related correspondence, ordering preliminary case records, completing account balance, filing, scanning, copying and more
