*What's cool about this job? *Every day, you'll be building relationships with clients, vendors, & carriers & be their main point of contact when they need materials & items from the inventory you manage & control through your exceptional mastery of the inventory tracking system that knows what is in stock currently, enroute, or in the near future so you can help clients meet, manage, or exceed project deadlines.

Here are some of the things you will have accomplished by the end of your first year:

  • Master & manage the inventory tracking system to; 
    • Input & track received PO's
    • Communicate orders to & from different carriers
    • Know delivery dates & times in real time
    • Accept & document materials made to the facility
    • Schedule, prepare for, & track all outgoing orders
    • Assist clients by keeping things organized & on schedule
  • Receiving deliverables from carries to your warehouse;
    • Putting them in their respective areas
    • Keep documentation of any changes & missing &/or unaccounted for items & materials
    • Inputting them into the tracking system to update inventory counts
  • Prepare items for shipping;
    • Printing & applying shipping labels
    • Noting items contents, delivery methods, & other logistical details
  • Leverage your creative & innovative thinking to identify & resolve shipping, storage, &/or receiving discrepancies as they come up.
