Adecco US, Inc. Forklift CLAMP in Burien, Washington
Adecco is seeking a Clamp Forklift Operator to play a pivotal role in our partner's logistics operations in Burien. Your responsibilities will include efficiently and safely handling freight, from receiving and storing to distribution.
Pay : $21 an hour
Location : Burien
Shift : Day shift
Duration : Temp-to-hire
Primary Responsibilities:
Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to manage inventory.
Unload incoming trucks and containers, sorting items manually or using equipment as needed.
Prepare orders for shipment by picking, wrapping, labeling, and staging them.
Ensure accurate completion of shipping and receiving paperwork.
Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Conduct inspections and routine maintenance on forklifts and equipment.
Relocate products within the warehouse, ensuring proper documentation.
Uphold company standards for quality and customer service.
Identify and address potential safety hazards in the workplace.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including clearing aisles and exterior grounds.
Position Requirements:
High School diploma or GED.
Ability to comprehend and follow instructions effectively.
Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
Familiarity with various material handling equipment is advantageous.
Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
Required Certifications and Experience:
Valid forklift certification.
Preferred minimum of 2 years' experience operating forklifts clamps
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
