Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAC) Wage is based on you years of licensure experience and may be different that the posted wage in Indeed. Provide ADL care, dinning assistance, assistance to activities. Inform the nurse supervisor of any changes in the resident's condition so that appropriate information can be entered on the resident's care plan Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs Ensure residents' rooms are ready for receiving and help residents feel comfortable Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Qualifications: Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in WA State Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
