Location: Bremerton, Washington Type: Exempt Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000 per year (Skookum's compensation strategy is to position new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.) Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (flexible start and end times depending on scheduling needs. This is a hybrid/remote position, with in possible office days at our Bremerton home office.) As a Workday (ERP) Program Manager you'll... manage resource allocation and optimize utilization across projects and departments. Works with functional department customers to understand and analyze operational procedures, requirements, processes and/or other needs to bring about successful completion of the projects, specifically on Workday ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, strong leadership, organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. The Program Manager will analyze project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation and communication plans to stakeholders. Partner with the Workday Architect, plans, develops, leads and executes projects to meet established goals, objectives and timelines. Maintain up-to-date project documents for all initiatives that include technical details, user expectations, project goals, work effort, accountability, and deliverables develop and implement resource planning strategies to align resource allocation with project demands and organizational goals. Develops Self and Others: Invests time, energy, training and enthusiasm in developing self/others to help improve performance and gain knowledge in new areas. Recognizes group interactions and modifies one's own communication style to suit different situations and audiences. Leads, mentors, and develops a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provides regular feedback, conducts performance evaluations, and supports career development for direct reports. Facilitates regular team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and performance reviews. Addresses performance issues promptly and effectively, promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Communicates within Workday Team and across stakeholder(s) to maximize information sharing around progress, needs, interdependencies and/or accomplishments. Ensures Continuous Improvement: Applies various learning experiences by looking beyond symptoms of current day requests to uncover underlying causes of the root problems and identifies ways to resolve both current and future needs.
