Naval Medical Command SUPPORT AGREEMENT AND LABOR COST ASSIGNMENT MGR in Bremerton, Washington
You will serve as a SUPPORT AGREEMENT AND LABOR COST ASSIGNMENT MGR NMRTC BREMERTON WA. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-11065231-21-SC Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.
You will conduct analytical labor studies as required for Naval Hospital Bremerton (NAVHOSP BREM) and subordinate clinics.
You will ensure all agreements are in accordance with Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) instructions.
You will coordinate with the NAVHOSP BREM Staff Judge Advocate, Navy Medicine West, BUMED, and contacts from external agencies.
You will provide personnel data from Defense Medical Human Resources System-internet (DMHRSi) on assignment, utilization, expenses and man-hours used to support the Medical and Dental Treatment Facilities (MTFs/DTFs).
Conditions of Employment
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience ensuring all labor agreements are in accordance with Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) instructions. Experience managing negotiates terms, processes, procedures and functions included in Intra/Intra-Service Support Agreements (ISSA), Memoranda of Understanding (MOU), and Memoranda of Agreement (MOA). Experience maintaining and monitoring all aspects of the Defense Medical Human Resources System-internet (DMHRSi) pertaining to the Labor Cost Assignment module. Experience providing personnel data from DMHRSi on assignment, utilization, expenses and man-hours used to support the Medical and Dental Treatment Facilities (MTFs/DTFs). Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or
