Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist in the Personnel Security Branch (Code 1125) of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will manage policy development, planning, direction, and timely execution of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF) Personnel Security Program functions. You will directly administer all functions associated with processing PSNS and IMF employees for security clearances. You will develop and administer security clearance levels and delivers security compliance requirement briefings. You will evaluate the functionality of personnel tracking systems, recording techniques and controls to ensure compliance with higher headquarter requirements. You will initiate and coordinate policy and doctrinal changes with other supervisors to effect uniform implementation of Navy and Department of Defense (DOD) standards and requirements throughout the Personnel Security Program. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing security management and oversight for supporting the implementation, monitoring, or evaluation of security programs or operations to ensure compliance of a command personnel security system.
