Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CRANE SPECIALIST in the Inspection, Test & QA Divisions Code 720, Lifting & Handling Department Code 700 of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the overall management, oversight, and efficient use of Inspection Branch resources to perform inspection and test functions. You will establish goals and objectives for the branch and oversee their implementation. You will be responsible for providing long range planning necessary to ensure timely accomplishment for the required work. You will ensure the development and formulation of the inspection branch budget for all labor, equipment, materials, training, funds for the coming fiscal year. You will manage the branch(s) planning and execution efforts in all aspects of work processes, quality control, manning, material, training, equipment, and facilities development and maintenance. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing and evaluating lifting and handling program operations to identify project requirements and implement plans ensuring proper manning, material, equipment, and fiscal resources are available to meet project objectives.
