Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

• Help with timecards. • Filing for each department as necessary. • Answering phones and forwarding messages as necessary. • Maintaining control of the visitor log and badges. • Monitoring stock of supply room and assisting with getting supplies ordered for the office. • Help with material tracking including following up with vendors on past due delivery dates, PO confirmations, cancelled orders, and submitted orders that haven’t been purchased. Conduct material audits on a weekly basis. • Printing drawings as needed.
