St. Michael's Hospital in Silverdale, Washington is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a RN Peer Reviewer. This position will become hyprid after training. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the highest standards of patient care by providing expert guidance and support to our nursing colleagues.

In this role, you will:

  • Champion excellence: Conduct thorough and objective peer reviews of nursing practice, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.

  • Empower growth: Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to nurses, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate for success:Work closely with nursing leadership and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Promote safety:Contribute to a culture of safety by identifying and mitigating potential risks within the nursing practice.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in nursing practice, ensuring the hospital remains at the forefront of patient care.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

  • Holds a current and valid RN license in good standing in Washington.

  • Possesses a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.

  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to provide constructive feedback.

  • Is a team player with a collaborative and supportive approach.

  • Is passionate about patient safety and quality care.

Pay Range

$40.66 - $58.96 /hour
