Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Team Leadership (PTL) Process Master to provide on-site Carrier Team One (CT1) Process Master Support to the PTL KSN in Bremerton, WA.

In partnership with Aircraft Carrier Team One, you will work closely with the CT1 Project Team Leadership KSN, specifically the Aircraft Carrier Program Managers at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Puget Sound & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) & Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS), to drive alignment and connections with strategic initiatives of CT1.

Duties and Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain the PTL KSN Annual Plan, Process Management Plan (PMP) as a accurate statement of the KSN’s purpose, goals and drivers, process boundaries, strategic and short term actions, budget requirements, and membership.

Maintain and manage the PTL KSN Project Team Continuum timeline, including actions to ensure interface with carrier Project Teams at times of proven value.

Collect, monitor and analyze assigned metrics data, taking action as required in support of KSN goals.

Implement the Project Centric Knowledge Sharing (PCKS) strategy by participating in CVN Project Executability Assessments and Knowledge Market Agreement review teleconferences, submitting Knowledge Needs through the Knowledge Market as well as functioning as a customer and supplier in the CT1 Knowledge Market.

Maintain accurate and updated content in the PTL KSN page on the CT1 SharePoint Site. Personnel shall maintain their ability to utilize the U-NNPI portal supported by Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC) and all security restrictions required by this information.

Develop/update training materials for use in support of PTL goals and requirements.

Support CT1 Executive Steering Committee (ESC) as requested, providing program recommendations, technical and administrative support, and program analysis.

Lead the PTL KSN Monthly Meetings. In addition to the leading meetings, create and distribute agendas, and capture meeting notes.

Plan and execute PTL KSN Semi-Annual Face to Face Meetings. Support includes developing meeting agendas, data collection, completion of assigned action items, and Serve a s member of the Knowledge Management Community of Practice (KMCop).

Provide yearly updates to the Integrated Project Team for Aircraft Carrier Maintenance (IPT4ACM) manual for the PTL KSN.

*Travel is required, up to 20 trips per year.*

Qualifications

( Requirement ) At least 10 years’ experience in direct planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a Ship’s Force and/or private and public shipyard perspective.

( Requirement ) bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

( Requirement ) US Citizen with Active DoD Secret Clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $107,600-$180,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
