Position Overview: As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing mechanical projects related to DoD contracts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project execution while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Familiarization with project construction documents and estimate.
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for DoD mechanical projects.
Buyout subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling and leading project meetings.
Identify and allocate resources required for successful project completion.
Monitor project status to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and quality.
