Location: Bremerton, Washington (Hybrid) Type: Temporary, Full Time, Non-Exempt Compensation: $20.00 per hour Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift, 10 weeks, flexible internship start and end date, approximately May-September 2025 The Marketing and Communications Intern will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of dynamic projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience in multiple facets of communications and marketing. This internship will provide comprehensive training, enabling the intern to understand the inner workings of a social enterprise organization. They will collaborate with a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team, gaining exposure to various communication and marketing strategies while developing their skills in a supportive environment. Assist in creating marketing materials. Assist in writing, editing, and developing messages, stories, and speeches. Assist in designing and updating websites, including the company apparel store. Assist with creating and posting social media content. Assist with digitally archiving various forms of media. Maintain a professional and positive attitude. Collaborate on a cohort intern team project. Attend intern team meetings and trainings. Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
