Express Employment Professionals Front Office Support in Bremerton, Washington

Overview: A local moving and storage company is seeking a part-time Front Office Support. As Front Office Support you will play a crucial role in ensuring smoother operations and excellent customer experiences.

 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Professionally administer all incoming calls
  • Ensure phone calls are directed accordingly
  • Greeting guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
  • Opening and closing visitor area
  • Performing a variety of clerical duties: faxing, scanning, filing, data entry
  • Preparing correspondence and reports
  • Processing daily paperwork and all tasks related
  • Keeping paperwork flow on schedule
  • Updating and following through with delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
  • Distributing previous days daily paperwork
  • Setting estimate appointments and all tasks related
  • Ensuring customers are well-informed on any current products and services
  • Mailing of documents, postcards, etc.
  • Overseeing over the counter sales of materials
  • Assisting other departments as needed
  • Any other tasks as given or assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ years customer service and sales experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Hours/Shift: Part-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-1:00PM 

 

Pay: $18-$20/hour DOE
