Responsibilities You will plan and schedule Emergency Management (EM) drills/exercises, training and volunteer programs. You will be responsible for overall coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of casualty preparedness. You will coordinate the EM training program, which includes deciding what training is required or necessary, developing curriculum, coordination training courses, etc. You will partner with senior managers from other Federal activities, and Federal and State regulatory agencies. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of 1 experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrate the following: administering National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Integrated Command System (ICS) structures and concepts, and participating in the planning and executing of emergency response exercises in industrial environments. For the GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of 1 experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrate the following: advising on National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Integrated Command System (ICS) structures and concepts, and researching emergency response exercises that support an industrial environment. executing in industrial environments.
