Our company is looking to hire a Deputy Program Manager, Software & IT Systems, to collaborate with our client in Bremerton, WA, and support programs the field of Software Development & IT. This is an onsite role in Washington State with occasional travel required.
The Deputy Program Manager, Software and IT Systems, will work with the Program Manager to support administrative and program functions across a variety of projects. If you meet the requirements below, and would enjoy working in beautiful Washington State, then please apply!
Responsibilities:
Leadership of Software and IT programs in collaboration with Program Manager & client
Ensure all requirements for projects and tasks are successful delivered
Prepare and lead meetings with staff and client
Collaborate with DeVine HQ regarding training, hiring and reviewing of assigned staff
Be a key contributor to proposal and technical writing efforts
Participate in team events
Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field, required
1+ years' experience building software, and managing software development teams in a secured military setting required
5+ years' professional experience in IT projects preferred
Experience supporting DoD contracts required
Current PMP required
CISSP or equivalent desired
Current Secret Clearance required

Position Type: Full-time, Must be U.S. Citizen
Location: Bremerton, WA

Compensation: $115K-$140K per year DOE and skills
