TAM was recently awarded NAA's Top Employer for 2022! Assistant Property Manager We are seeking to fill an Assistant Community Manager position at one of our properties. Come join our team! Responsibilities: • Collect rent and other fees from residents • Manage collection to reduce delinquent accounts • Post rent payments in computer software • Prepare 3 Day Notices • File Evictions • Attend Eviction Court • File Writ Qualifications: • Previous experience as an assistant property manager • Experience working in a tax credit property is preferred • Familiarity with property management contracts and leases • Ability to build rapport with residents • Ability to collect all rent and fees by a deadline • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation: • $21.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits: Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment. Benefits offered include medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as 401K and life insurance. Regular, full-time associates are eligible to accrue paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay. Company employees are eligible to accrue up to 15 days (120 hours) of paid time off (PTO) per year. Accrued and unused PTO shall carryover from year to year up to a maximum accrual cap of 10 days (80 hours).
