Description We are looking for a Web Analytics Specialist to join our team in Bothell, Washington. As a Web Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting A/B testing, utilizing web optimization tools, and analyzing site performance. This role is within the Application Service Provider industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of website features or campaigns.

• Utilize web optimization tools such as Optimizely Web Experimentation and VWOO to analyze site performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Create and maintain accurate records of customer credit applications.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Leverage Adobe Analytics and Adobe Creative Cloud to analyze website data and generate insightful reports.

• Use Atlassian Jira and Bing to manage project workflows and perform search engine optimization tasks.

• Implement cloud technologies to optimize the functionality and user experience of the website.

• Develop and execute a web optimization roadmap based on analytical findings.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.

• Contribute to campaign planning and execution by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of detail-oriented experience in web analytics or a related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Creative Cloud

• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Bing

• Experience with Cloud Technologies is essential

• Strong knowledge in A/B Testing methods

• Proven experience in Analytics, particularly in web context

• Ability to prepare Business Requirement Documents with clarity and precision

• Experience in Campaign Planning and execution

• Capability to Create Dashboards that effectively represent data

• Expertise in Conversion Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization

• Web Optimization and Website Optimization skills are mandatory

• Proficiency in Back-Testing methods

• Experience with Application Penetration Testing

• Familiarity with Automated Regression Testing and Backend Testing
