Technical Operations Project Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Technical Operations Project Coordinator will work in a highly dynamic environment to assist in the transfer of new products from development into manufacturing in compliance with formal Design and Document Control. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist Operations through the completion of projects/tasks in compliance with formal Change, Production and Process Controls.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables and timelines.

  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of projects to include gathering and documenting implementation requirements.

  • Drive action items, document program goals and risks, and communicate project status to key stakeholders

  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.

  • Coordinate between technical teams, internal and external partners to establish project priority, schedule, status and inventory requirements.

  • Perform project tasks as required.

  • Generate and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

  • Responsible for project compliance to Quality System Regulations (QSR) 21 CFR820.

  • Assimilate large volumes of information from different sources and visualize/analyze relationships between parts/whole: recognize, respect and incorporate the driver ideas, perspectives and values of team members to meet organizational and project objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS in relevant discipline

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the demonstrated ability to convey business information clearly and effectively through informal and formal documents, reports and presentations.

  • Excellent analytical thinking to include data analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio & Teams

  • Ability to adapt to various EPR and Informatics, process and data platforms

  • Ability & desire to work in a highly FDA-regulated environment
