TAD PGS, Inc. Tactical Buyer in Bothell, Washington
We have an outstanding Contract position for aTactical Buyerto join a leading Company located in theBothell, WAsurrounding area.
Pay Rate range: $32 - $40 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities :
Execute the tactical procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, managing supplier communications, and tracking order status to ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, program management, production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure alignment on procurement requirements and resolve any issues that may arise
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process
Collaborate with the strategic sourcing team to support strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term supplier relationship development
Basic Hiring Criteria :
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of related experience

Proven experience as a Tactical Buyer or in a similar procurement role
Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
