AT&T Specialist Technology Security in Bothell, Washington
The Specialist Technology Security Analyst is supporting the management of MyLogins end user and system ID access to AT&T internal business applications. Analysts maintain collaboration with clients to ensure strategies of Employee Change Mgmt & Security Services and AT&T are achieved. Responsible for providing functional expertise, manage compliance within AT&T Security Policy & Requirements (ASPR), as well as internal policies and procedures.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Manage creation, modification, and removal of end user accounts with a risk-based approach.
Provision assigned tasks with attention to detail with the ability to detect and resolve potential issues within the provisioning procedure and/or documentation.
Achieve defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and maintain quality of service. Certify alignment with application procedures and achieve the target Service Level Agreement.
Serve as a designated Subject Matter Expert for specific applications. Function as a key contact to assist with special projects, process improvements and Tier 1 support. Capable of troubleshooting any issue, such as process irregularities and user account escalations.
Actively support periodic application recertification activities and processes. Analyze audit request and ensure actions taken will not contribute to an application outage or a failed audit.
Responsible for working extensively with internal and external client to ensure accurate, appropriate, and timely provisioning of user accounts. Identify and diagnose issues and trends that may cause problems.
Maintain a fundamental understanding of Identity & Access Management security standards and the ability to apply risk management principles to all aspects of the business.
Support the execution of periodic user re-certification audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
1-2+ years’ experience in technical/information security field, privacy, and risk management principles.
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management access controls, provisioning, and risk management.
Knowledge of security controls including ASPR and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Comprehension of governance items that include Segregation of Duties (SOD), Application Access Reviews, User Privilege Management and User Access Management).
Knowledge of Windows OS / Microsoft Office Products, with emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong oral and written communication.
Ability to work limited timelines, manage priorities and projects.
In depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management policies and procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot any issue that may arise, such as audit discrepancies and process irregularities.
