Working hours have some flexibility but core hours are 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays.Principal Responsibilities:Major duties include receiving supplies and equipment. Shipping materials, equipment, and products. Transferring materials between departmentsProcessing Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, World Courier, USPS, and other courier deliveries and shippingShipping &receivingtemperaturesensitive,biological,&hazardous materialsMaintain accurate data entry of packing slips and chemical inventory recordsMaintain central office, lab and Vivarium supply stockroomsDaily mail sorting and deliveryRelief of reception dailyReceive hazardous materials using a chemical inventory systemReceive cGMP material in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulationsOrder and procure office supplies and equipment using Oracle softwareExpectedQualifications:Requires high school diploma or equivalentFamiliar with Microsoft Office Software and Oracle ERP softwareMust be a self-starter and work independentlyMust be organized and data-entry accuracy requiredMust be able to successfully complete bio-hazardous materials, hazardous materials transportation, chemicalsafety,and blood born pathogen training (provided)Scope of work may involve standing for long periods of time, and in certain circumstances walking on foot across a broad campus settingMust have a valid Washington State Driver's License and proof of Insurance required to drive company fleet vehiclesPreferredQualifications:List the years of experience as well as the type of experience preferred but not required to do this jobList the education and certifications preferredFamiliar with general warehouse and loading dock equipment like Carts, Pallet jack, dock lift, mover dolly, hand truck, etc.Ability to lift 60 lbs. or greaterAs the leading employer in our industry in the Pacific Northwest, Seagen is proud to offer a competitive total compensation package as well as a comprehensive benefits program designed to support the whole lives of our employees and their families.
