Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Inspection Management is an integral part of the Research and Development Quality team that oversees international GCP, GLP, and GVP regulatory agency inspections and business partner audits. This position will lead inspection preparation, conduct, and follow-up activities and play a key role in the development and refinement of inspection management infrastructure and advanced tracking and metric reporting. This role reports to the Associate Director, Inspection Management.
Principal Responsibilities:
Key member of the Inspection Management team that oversees GCP, GLP, and GVP regulatory inspection- and business partner-related activities for Seagen
Play a lead role managing inspection logistics
Manage the Inspection Management SharePoint site and other inspection materials and templates
Lead other functional groups in inspection readiness activities such as training, mock inspections, and storyboard creation
Develop and implement periodic inspection readiness monitoring
