SLR International Corporation Senior Air Quality Engineer/Scientist in Bothell, Washington
SLR International Corporation is seeking an Air Quality Senior Consultant to join our Pacific Northwest team. The qualified candidate will have 10 or more years of experience in air quality consulting or related disciplines. - Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related scientific field required
- 10 or more years of hands-on related work experience
- Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations, such as Title V, PSD, GHG Reporting, NSPS, NESHAP, RMP, ACDP, and Cleaner Air Oregon.
- Experience with air compliance and permitting
- Experience with reporting programs such as air emissions inventory, greenhouse gases, annual/semi-annual air permit reports, annual air compliance certifications, monthly air permit reports
- Understanding of industrial operations and combustion equipment
- Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software
- Possess valid driver's license
- Willing to travel by airplane and car, including overnight travel
Preferred Technical Skills and Experience
Experience with technical writing
Experience with air dispersion modeling (AERSCREEN, AERMOD)
