Job Title: Research Associate IIJob Description

We are seeking a highly motivated research associate to join the Mass Spectrometry BioAnalytical and New Technology (MSBT) department. The selected candidate will support quantitative small molecule LC-MS/MS analysis and sample preparation. Responsibilities include cross-functional teamwork in a collaborative environment, independence in lab-based work, routine maintenance, operation, troubleshooting of LC-MS/MS systems, analysis and interpretation of data, and contributing to reports and data presentations.

Hard Skills

  • Quantitative small molecule bioanalysis using LC-MS/MS

  • Experience with multiple sample preparation techniques (solid phase extraction, protein precipitation)

  • Development of novel small molecule extraction assays

  • Routine maintenance and operation of LC-MS/MS systems

Soft Skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Independence in lab-based work

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bothell, Washington.

Work Environment

This position will involve cross-functional teamwork in a highly collaborative environment.
