Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Specialist to support the development and revision of procedures and work instructions for the deployment of new electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS). The ideal candidate will assist with document changes in Veeva systems, develop training materials based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system functionality, and collaborate closely with site functions to create simple and logical workflows that align with the eQMS system. Additional responsibilities include true copy verification, document archival, and other document control tasks. On-site presence will be required as necessary to provide support.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and revision of procedures and work instructions for new eQMS systems.

Assist with document changes in Veeva systems.

Develop training materials based on SOPs and system functionality.

Collaborate with site functions to develop workflows that align with the eQMS system.

Perform true copy verification, document archival, and other document control tasks.

Provide on-site support as necessary.

Skills and Requirements

Document control experience

Experience using Veeva Vault

Experience creating and writing standard operation procedures (SOP's), creating change controls, revising documents, and managing procedures

Strong knowledge of GMP compliance null
