We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end of line inspection of medical devices for cosmetic and part number checking. In-line testing of devices. Able to use a computer, follow instructions and stand most of the shift. This is a temporary position.

Shift: Fri-Sun 6a-6:30p

salary: $31 - $32.1 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 6:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality inspections of products using various measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines.

• Perform visual inspections utilizing vision inspection systems to identify defects or deviations from specifications.

• Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings, ensuring accurate documentation of quality metrics.

-Proven experience in QA/QC roles, specifically in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment..

• Familiarity with vision inspection systems and their application in quality control processes.

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability for quality outcomes.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working weekends
