Position: MDM (Mobile Device Management) Support Engineer

Location: Overland Park, KS - HYBRID weekly

Salary: up to $130,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus potential

In this role, you will have the stability of direct permanent full time position and the variety of working on special projects with various clients.

In this role you will apply your MDM Support Engineer experience collaborating with experienced Engineers to combine product visions. You will work to build across a variety of platform applications. In this role you will be energized by working with teams and products. You will be a problem-solver who enjoys new challenges and who is comfortable with ambiguity and is self-directed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product leaders and engineers to execute combined product visions.

• Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and issues related to Apple products and networking.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with iOS and MacOS, particularly in the MDM/EMM space.

• 7+ years' experience with External API calls and 5+ years with Bash/Python.

• Expertise deploying applications and configurations via MDM clients (e.g., Ivanti/MobileIron, AirWatch, Intune, Jamf, SCCM, Jenkins).

• Strong understanding of mobile security best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Intune/Jamf and programming languages (Python, Go, Swift, Bash).

• Experience with HTML/HTML 5, CSS, JS, ReactJS, and TypeScript.

• JAMF 200 Certification. DevOps Experience is a plus.

Requirements • Proficient in developing applications for Apple devices

• Extensive knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management) technologies

• Familiarity with API (Application Programming Interface) usage and integration

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash and Python

• Demonstrable experience in iOS development

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues

• Familiarity with Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

• Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
