Intern – KOL Data Registry – Bothell, WA – Summer 2024

Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in 3-6 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Bothell. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Your role:

  • Sorting and preparing data and files for entry

  • Accurately typing data into databases or spreadsheets

  • Following the company’s data entry systems and methods

  • Backing up data

  • Merging data from different systems

  • Updating and maintaining databases

  • Supplying KOL engagement team with requested information

  • Eliminating duplicated data

  • Managing and archiving files

You're the right fit if:

  • You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in business analytics, marketing, international business or similar

  • Great organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fast typing speed of approximately 45-80 words per minute

  • Ability to prioritize and an eye for detail

  • Good computer and technical skills as required. Preferably knowledge of Access and SQL, basic programming skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remoteposition.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
