For more information, please visit www.verathon.com. Overview Verathon is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to become the newest member of our Human Resources Team located in Bothell, WA. We are seeking an experienced and collaborative HR Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and HR Systems. They will enjoy working on a variety of HR projects and processes including administering employee lifecycle processes, system enhancements, HR reports, and data validation. The successful candidate will be tech-savvy with expert excel skills and will thrive on streamlining, documenting and automating HR processes and reporting. The HR Operations Analyst reports to the HR Operations Manager. Responsibilities Support development and maintenance of new and existing HR systems including but not limited to iCIMS, Cornerstone Learning Management System, UKG Core HR and OC Tanner/Bravo. Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and status changes. Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics, including monthly FTE and KPI reports as well as HR metrics and dashboards to provide insights into key HR processes and performance indicators. Complete ad-hoc reports as needed. Manage employee compensation data to support company-wide compensation processes including salary benchmarking, and annual rewards process. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements to ensure seamless and accurate integration of HR data across various systems and platforms. Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Document standard work and processes to maintain consistency and ensure efficiency in system operations. Complete special projects to support HR initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field with equivalent experience and education. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, HR Analyst or a similar role. Advanced experience with MS Office Excel and Word. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and safeguard confidential information. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to successfully manage data with high level of accuracy. Experience developing and maintaining HR metrics and reports using Cognos Business Intelligence and Microsoft Business Intelligence is desirable. Why Join Us?
