The organization is seeking a Graphic Designer to enhance our marketing team at our office in Bothell, Washington.


Our marketing team is seeking a talented and motivated graphic designer that is able to utilize various concepts and platforms to better communicate the benefits of technology solutions to our customers.

As a member of a larger, global marketing team, you will interface with colleagues in Europe to share materials, projects, ideas, best practices and ensure brand consistency throughout the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create a variety of print and digital marketing materials including digital and print advertisements, infographics, interactive multi-media, brochures, technical data sheets, individual graphical elements, and business templates

  • From direction of the technology value proposition ? you will plan, coordinate, and design graphics for social media, digital marketing banners, landing pages, and email campaigns

  • Update content to website

  • Maintain document version control and supply collateral for requests on an as-needed basis

  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing and sales team to support project elements graphic requirements for a variety of marketing and technical documents

  • Edit and proofread independently created works; as well as the work of others

  • Bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using expertise and eye for great design.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Conceptual creative and production skills with a good understanding of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts

  • Ability to extend the brand guidelines through various marketing materials, including print, infographics and interactive multi-media

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Take direction to effectively translate ideas and concepts to meet project objectives

  • Leverage creativity and graphic design/technical expertise to produce top quality work

  • Possess the ability to set priorities and be accountable; and successfully navigate project complexities to lead the work from conceptual start to final design

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; dependable, detail-oriented, and well organized

  • Web design experience is a plus

  • Maintain graphic standards and brand integrity

  • Proficiency in all standard Microsoft tools (specifically Power Point and Word)

  • Proficiency working in the latest Adobe Creative Suite

  • Ability to clearly communicate and work well in cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Demonstrated passion for producing high-quality work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; dependable, detail-oriented, and well organize


  • Associates or bachelor?s degree in art, graphic design, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer/artist

  • Portfolio and samples work required
