We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Engineering Intern to join our team. As an Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various engineering projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the engineering field and help you build a strong foundation for your future career. Your Role: The candidate's duties will include assisting on civil, remediation, surface water, and aquatic restoration projects, participating in investigation, design, and fieldwork tasks. The candidate may also provide assistance in general administrative tasks. Typical project responsibilities may include providing assistance in the preparation of designs, including reports, specifications, drawings, and design calculations. Typical fieldwork tasks include field surveys, soil and water sampling, and general observation and note-taking. Qualifications: The qualified Intern will be studying in an engineering discipline (Civil, Structural, Electrical, or similar). Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong writing and communication skills. A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or coursework related to civil, structural, or environmental engineering. Familiarity with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
