Aston Carter Coordinator (PART TIME) in Bothell, Washington

Job Title: Coordinator

Job Description

• Handle inbound lead calls and convert calls into sales leads

• Qualify potential and existing leads and present sales opportunities

• Record customer information and maintain data records and notes in the CRM system in a timely, clear, and professional manner

• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up via telephone/email

• Work with field sales representatives to keep account activities and notes up to date

• Responsible for maintaining knowledge of the product brand and new/existing programs

• Communicate effectively with the Business Unit and field sales team to resolve problems/questions

• Enter prospects into automated marketing nurturing campaigns as necessary

• Maintain accurate daily record of calls made and emails sent

• Run reports of lead activities and perform analysis and presentations for executive reviews

• Support training and provide best practices to the field on lead management process

• Provide input on process improvement of lead management

Hard Skills

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in a marketing automation tool, such as Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo

Soft Skills

  • Experience facilitating communication with sales, marketing, and customers

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Months).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bothell, Washington.

Work Environment

Onsite in Bothell, Part time only - 8-12 Monday - Friday
