Job Description Manages the Network Meter Information Services Agreements for work identified to be performed by Landis+Gyr and other contracts that support the Network Meter Information Services Agreement. Partners with Internal Stakeholders to ensure that the work meets or exceeds Key Performance Indicators. Serves as liaison between Service Provider and PSE stakeholders to foster collaboration, process improvements, and conflict resolutions. Assesses impact to changes requested by the Service Provider in unit descriptions and pricing and works to accept or reject those changes. Routinely evaluates service master units, definitions and clarifications, and KPI's to ensure delivery of fair pricing, outstanding safety and quality, and continued improvement from PSE's Service Provider. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Job Responsibilities Manages the Network Meter Information Services Agreement with Landis+Gyr. Manages contract development including scope, pricing, contract structure, and incentives. Develops and implements relationship strategies between internal stakeholders and the Service Provider. Develops contract enhancements, develop and refine processes. Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives and drives towards applicable solutions. Manage and track contractual changes and decisions. Issue Resolution Management: Facilitate timely resolution of contractual and performance issues to minimize impact of disruptions to internal customers. Minimum Qualifications BS in Engineering or extensive understanding of PSE operations and construction practices. Extensive understanding of PSE electric and gas standards. Understanding of PSE computer systems. Understanding of electric and gas rates and tariffs. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Desired Qualifications Understanding of PSE operations demonstrated through +5 years of application which may include Contractor Management, Operations, Quality Management, or other related field. Familiarity with commercial and operational aspects to Contractor Management. Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology and contract language. Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management. Understanding of Contract governance, processes and policies. Strong analytical and interpretive skills to recognize, comprehend and assess data, complex issues, and industry information. Demonstration of prudent record keeping practices. Ability to influence without positional authority. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to identify, assess and mitigate contract risk.
