Pacific Medical Centers is hosting an In-Person hiring event on Monday, June 10th for Clinic RN Opportunities!

We have multiple full time (40 hours per week) day shift openings for our clinics in the Greater Seattle area (Seattle, Renton, Northgate, Bothell, Kirkland and Federal Way/Puyallup). All positions offer competitive pay and benefits. Some hiring decisions will be made on the spot!

This is a combined posting for an Associate Clinic RN and a Clinic RN. The requirements for each role are listed below under each associated title. The Associate Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols; i.e. provides primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team while integrating the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of Nursing Process when delivering care.

Associate Clinic RN

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.

  • Associate's Degree Nursing

  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License

  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Related experience in an ambulatory setting, preferably in a medical office.

Associate Clinic RN, Salary Range:

Seattle, WA

Min: $36.20 Max: $54.30

Clinic RN

Required Qualifications:

  • Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.

  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License

  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • 1 year Recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate.

  • 2 years Behavioral Health assignments only: In acute or ambulatory Behavioral Health.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years Recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.

  • Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting.

  • Recent prior experience with phone triage.

  • 3 years Behavioral Health assignments only: Progressive experience, including medication management.
