Job Title: Associate Scientific Services Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide vital lab support as part of our dynamic lab service team. The consumable inventory team supports an on-site service that delivers and maintains stock inventory crucial to scientific research. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently. This role involves entering scientific data into inventory management systems with speed and accuracy, providing a seamless lab support service. This role includes cross-training and backing up other lab support areas. You may be required to manage hazardous wastes in compliance with company procedures and state/federal/local hazardous waste regulations.

Job Type

This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 26 Weekly. After being converting the salary will be between $56k - $58k

Work Environment

You will be working in a laboratory controlled environments requiring personal protective equipment. The job pace may be fast and demand high levels of job completion. You may be required to handle hazardous wastes in compliance with company procedures and state/federal/local hazardous waste regulations. Understanding of the ergonomic relationship between people, equipment, and working environment is essential.
