About the Team

Our Online Offers team is focused on go-to-market execution of offers for the online fiber sales. This team leads the way in partnering with product marketing to deliver innovative offerings for customers shopping in the online channel to deliver maximum sales results, drive online channel share, and revenue for the company.

About the Job

This position will will manage a small team focused on go-to-market strategy and execution for fiber offers and will be responsible for results readouts to leadership. They will work cross-functionally with both consumer and small business team to enable online offers for the best customer experience. This role works closely with product, technology, operations, and marketing teams to deliver fiber growth through online offer execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field

• 5+ years of digital marketing / ecommerce experience with proven track record of go-to -market execution

o Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact sales strategies

• Experience working with scaled agile development team on new business requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders

• Technical skills would include: Adobe Analytics, Workfront, Jira, Scaled Agile Framework, PowerPoint, etc.
