Seattle GeneticsCommercial ยท Bothell, Washington|US Field BasedDescriptionSummary:The Associate Director, HEOR Operations, will serve as a core member of the HEOR leadership team to help drive the HEOR/RWE research and functional agenda forward to support the Seagen portfolio and related RWE initiatives. Incumbent will embed operational excellence via establishing core HEOR/RWE processes and will organize planning, tracking, and evaluating research and key initiatives for the Seagen HEOR team. This role will be important in establishing and refining sustainable functional & cross-functional processes in particular as it relates to other scientific/clinical research functions, and supporting GVA operations in designing and embedding tools and the use of technology to increase efficiency, organization and communication across GVA, support the propagation of best practices in strategic value evidence planning across the portfolio and facilitating training and socialization of HEOR/RWE work across Seagen. This person will work with the Head of HEOR and the HEOR leadership team on stakeholder communication, escalation of issues, managing risk, and drive operational excellence and team communication.Principal Responsibilities: *Demonstrated project management experience, ideally for complex research functions *Ability to apply project management principles and practices to support and integrate cross-functional strategies and clear communication and follow-through actions *Plans and manages operations and broader functional level communications for the activities of the department including working closely with the Head of HEOR and the HEOR LT, GVA Operations Lead, and other cross-functional partners (including medical affairs, R&D, alliance management, global market access and other functions within commercial and GVA) *Support Head of HEOR and the broader HEOR team in managing and facilitating ongoing engagement with key cross-functional partners at the portfolio/above brand-level *Working with GVA Operations, plan and implement HEOR functional strategic planning and budget management alongside HEOR budget holders and GVA project manager. Functional strategic plans need to be embedded and aligned to broader GVA plans for the portfolio. Organize HEOR above brand engagement with external partners and support the team on larger contracts and conduct vendor assessment with team *Facilitate HEOR/RWE protocol reviews for all products *Facilitate standardized onboarding process for new HEOR colleagues *Support the internal RWE advisory taskforce on process, agendas, meeting minutes, and Seagen RWE agenda. Act as project management interface with Seagen IT and analytic contractors to support RWE efforts *Support HEOR and broader GVA team on HTA governance activities portfolio-wide, including process, training, and issue resolution *Track progress against defined strategic objectives and goals; review progress/setbacks frequently with head of HEOR and HEOR LT *Manage team operations alongside project managers (planning agendas, scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, maintaining dashboards, creating & maintaining appropriate visual management and following-up with team members on action items) *Working with GVA Operations and the broader GVA initiatives, support establishing knowledge management infrastructure and program-related & operational documentation to ensure appropriate archiving and access to shared information and critical documents Required Qualifications: *5 years with Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and minimum (prefer 8) years of experience in the life science industry; academic experience may be accepted OR *4 years with Master's degree and minimum (prefer 6) years of experience in the life science
