Overview Verathon is looking for an Applications Developer, Level III, to become our newest Information Technology Team member located in Bothell, WA. The Applications Developer III is responsible for developing software to address the business's various requirements. This role will help peers and Business Systems Analysts identify and resolve technical programming problems and integrate multiple systems using more than one programming language and/or database system. Responsibilities * Analyzes business requirements to develop best-practice technical solutions* Works with Business Systems Analysts and cross-functional departments within Verathon improve the functionality of current and new programs.* Prepares technical documentation for applications and modules to ensure that peers, BSAs, and business users have access to and understand the process flow* Day-to-day activities of production support and work on development tickets by doing requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of changes to production.* Participates in project planning and scheduling to ensure delivery dates are set and achieved* Provide input to the manager on development team performance, sharing developmental opportunities and needs* Updates key stakeholders as needed regarding changes in the design or delivery of solutions* Pays attention to the system performance and improves it as and when required* Aids in training, instruction, and direction to less experienced application developers Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science with 5 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience* Strong programming experience* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in a fast-paced environment* Working experience in Microsoft technical stack (Windows OS, .NET, C#, IIS, Visual Studio)* Experience developing and executing advanced SQL queries* Working experience in the design and development of integration/interface between applications and systems* Experience in SSRS report development* Participated in mid to large projects as an active team member* Ability to learn quickly and support in a dynamic application landscape* Power BI experience is a plus* ERP application support experience is a plus* Manufacturing domain experience is a plus Salary range - $107,338 - $161,015 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range). Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
