We value our employees and customers and are always looking for top performers to complement our team! We are currently seeking Regional Channel Sales Manager (RCSM) for our West region. The RCSM will be responsible to develop and manage partnerships with Security and IT Integrators, Building Automation dealers, A & E Firms and help support them on client opportunities. The RCSM is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and customer recruitment objectives and represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers within their regions. The RCSM will report to the National Sales Manager, however we are looking for independent territory leaders who are self-managing. The position is remote and resides in the assigned territory.Job Description Prospect, qualify and develop new customer relationships both within partner and end-user communities. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including sales, support, service, training, and management resources, in order to meet channel performance objectives and customer expectations. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned region. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned region customers. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering Leadership to Identify, build, and execute go-to-market programs and solutions to meet the customer needs within region and vertical markets. Participation in regional and national tradeshows. This position requires travel. #LI-JK1 Basic Requirements Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business technology/physical security sales Proficient knowledge of security and/or building automation products.
