We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic and collaborative team. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented, looking for a stable position/organization, and someone who is looking for job security, competitive pay, and benefits.

- Accounts Payable
- Payroll and 1099's
- Bank Reconciliations
- Financial Statements
- Tax Documentation -- B&O Tax filings
- 401(k) Plans
- Insurance Plans
Administration work to support staff as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Organized, have a strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Take initiative and have the ability to problem-solve
- Positive attitude and the ability to handle issues in a non-confrontational manner
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Accounting Software: Sage Accounting Software (we are willing to train)
- Accounting degree preferred, but not required
3-5 years offull-charge bookkeeper experience or similar

Pay Range: $24-$29/hour DOE
Shift: Full-Time
