Find your future with us.Manages staff performing multiple quality functions.Develops project or operational plans aligned to department's objectives.Implements plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved.Assigns authority and responsibilities to employees to execute the plan.Reviews plans' execution, makes appropriate adjustments, resolves issues and monitors metrics.Forecasts resource needs and obtains and manages personnel, facilities, services, equipment and tools.Acquires, deploys and schedules personnel.Reviews, approves and implements facility, equipment and service.Develops workgroup, project or operational goals, objectives and related metrics.Holds direct reports accountable for achieving goals.Provides technical direction and guidance to others regarding approved processes, tools, technology and skills for own projects or processes.Provides approval of workgroup technical approaches, products and processes.Manages staff development, performance, and recruiting processes.Require experience Suppliers management, Suppliers qualification and approval, communicating with suppliers on quality issuesExperience in quality auditing, SCAR, CAPAExperience with GD&T, GMP, MSA, GR&R, SPC, D/P FMEA, FAI reviewMinimum 2years experience as Supplier Quality Manager and leading SQE teamMinimum experienced with ISO 9001:2015.
