Description:
Employee(s) is(are) responsible for removal of scrap, excess material, spilled or settled ambient saw dust from sawmill and planer mill facility. The employee uses push brooms, shovels, rakes wheelbarrows and compressed air nozzles to remove residual material from sawmill during both operation and non-operation. Employee must work around moving machinery for part of shift and may also be required to shovel waste and place scrap material in to moving waste conveyors. Employee also works alone or with another employee unsupervised during night shift.
