Together, we won't stop! Job Overview Performs a full scope of activities associated with the development and conduct comprehensive recruiting and employment of new and internal employees. Delivers a pipeline of diverse, quality candidates to hiring managers and/or recruiters by networking, community relationship building, and direct sourcing/screening for positions as determined by the business goals. Job Responsibilities: This Recruiter will manage, facilitate and execute the targeted selection process to ensure a rigorous selection process. Provide exceptional candidate and client group experiences aligned with T-Mobile's culture and values. Account management and partnership with other functional area partners and business lines, and facilitation of interview process in order to place qualified and motivated candidates. Collaborate with Hiring Managers on market place related to all aspects of recruiting strategy. Partner with client group in functional business areas, presenting top qualified applicants that meet job requirements. Relationship management to include advisement, coaching, influencing and training related to staffing. Support Hiring Managers by understanding business context and needs, providing consultative support, partnership, and implementing talent solutions to meet business goals. Ensure that recruiting practices align with company policies and procedures, OFCCP compliance guidelines, researching and implementing best practices in client groups and contribution to overall T- Mobile HR goals. Design, develop, and implement local sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates that reflect the local community demographics and build a long term community of prospective candidates. Conduct national searches as appropriate. Source a pipeline of candidates based on workforce planning needs; Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to forecast talent needs both externally and internally (volume replacement planning, competency gap analysis, and labor forecasting). Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open positions and within professional organizations; Direct sourcing/screening for positions as determined by the business needs while aligning with organization policy and government regulatory guidelines. Partner with the Talent Acquisition Programs team to identify and engage sources for recruiting, such as job fairs, gorilla marketing, college/university, media, etc. May collaborate with senior peers on certain projects. Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. Maintain internal process and improvement including driving communication and best practice sharing. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as designated by business leadership and client group as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Work Experience: 3-5+ years of corporate full-cycle recruitment experience or 3+ years experience in sourcing.
