Compensation Range:20.50-25.50/hr Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location. Job Purpose Perform reception duties for all departments and provide general administrative support. Exercise considerable discretion and Independent Judgment and capable of analyzing complex information requests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls to proper department and Individual Greet and direct company visitors Page persons when necessary Sort and distribute mail Perform clerical tasks and special projects as directed Perform limited security functions and provide visitor badges Work under general supervision on projects involving independent judgment, initiative and tact Work on assignments that are sensitive in nature and may contain confidential information Perform variety of scheduling tasks, such as conference room/training room scheduling, training coordination, and meeting arrangements Coordinate new employee/office set-up, order and maintain office supply inventory Setup and maintain filing system Provides general support to the assigned departments. Collect data, analyze data and create reports Assist with company events Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications 2-3+ years' experience in a similar position Experience operating standard office equipment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Professional demeanor and pleasant phone voice Good written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to take initiative Ability to work independently as well as with others Ability to work with confidential information, maintain confidentiality and use discretion in dally activities Excellent multi-tasking capabilities Strong work ethic and highly dependable General Job Requirements This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
